Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making online order transaction. 1st Melaka Printing as WCF Printing Services (M) Sdn. Bhd. (hereon referred to as “WCF”) reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions anytime, with or without prior notice to members. As an our member, it is your responsibility to know and periodically update yourself on these terms and conditions so as to fully understand your member rights and privileges.
1.1 All printing of WCF products will be solely undertaken by WCF or its appointed vendor. WCF members are restricted from submitting any order for an WCF product to another printer/lithographer. If a WCF member does not adhere to this condition, the management reserves the right to terminate his or her account and membership as well as demand the return of all materials and information pertaining to WCF.
1.2 WCF members are solely responsible for their own customers including any transaction such as payment collection.
1.3 WCF reserves the right to reject any order that does not comply with the standard product specifications for output set by WCF and stated on the WCF website.
1.4 Once a WCF member submits an order to WCF, it is considered a purchase. Once an order is in process stage, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
1.5 If WCF member is required to cancel the order which is not in process stage, the deducted printing fee will be automatically added back into that WCF member’s account.
1.6 Order will not be processed if WCF member’s account are insufficient fund. Should this happen, WCF member is required to reload cash advance in order to proceed with the order.
1.7 WCF shall take legal action to prosecute any WCF member whom WCF suspect of making fraud deposits to WCF. WCF shall also terminate that member’s membership and bar him/her from further orders and use of WCF eprinting solution.
2. Pricing / delivery
2.1 All product prices (Unless stated is Spot Colour 1C/2C/3C otherwise) are based on full color printing (combination of cmyk).
2.2 There is no surcharge for normal delivery (except sabah, sarawak and oversea).
2.3 Exact reprints will be charged at the same price.
2.4 Services, products and pricing are subject to change from time to time.
2.5 All goods are delivered to WCF members by WCF’s appointed courier service company. The goods that are sent by courier service company might require additional 1-3 working day.
2.6 WCF will only entertain requests for rushed deliveries through its optional rush. Request via order remark will not be entertained.
2.7 WCF will only provide delivery to WCF member’s registered address only.
2.8 All goods will be delivered directly to WCF members and can be collected from the WCF premise if WCF has been informed by member when placing the order.
2.9 Goods delivered to WCF members are packed according to WCF’s standard packing. Once goods have left WCF premises, the goods are no longer the responsibility of WCF. If there are any discrepancies in the print quality or quantity of goods, WCF members are advised to lodge a complaint within 7 days from the invoice/do stated date via email “complain order” of eprinting solution. Any defected goods must be returned to WCF within 7 days from the invoice/do stated date.
3. Artwork file preparation / transfer
3.1 All artworks should be saved into individual files and according to each order.
3.2 Due to the different color displays on various monitors, printed color of end product may differ from what appears on screen. Therefore WCF will not be responsible for color discrepancies in the end product as a result of WCF member’s reliance on the said color displays instead of WCF’s cmyk color chart to set his/her colors for output.
3.3 WCF does not guarantee exact color match of WCF member artwork or reprints (10% tolerance).
3.4 WCF does not guarantee the spot uv quality on the artwork which is less than 1pt, less than 100% black or on the edge of the artwork.
3.5 In the event WCF detects that WCF member’s artwork does not comply with WCF artwork specifications, WCF will inform that WCF member of the problem by phone or via email, WCF member may proceed the job with new artwork or cancel the order. WCF member requires to amend their artwork and proceed with new artwork through WCF eprinting solution. Delivery date of order will be according to new order.
3.6 If WCF member insists on proceeding to print without making recommended corrections highlighted, WCF member does so at his/her risk. WCF cannot be held responsible for outcome of printout.
3.7 If WCF member makes an error (selecting wrong quantity, material, product, finishing, or etc.) while placing his/her order, WCF member must call in or “query on order” to inform WCF customer service immediately. Once the order is in process stage, it cannot be cancelled or changed. WCF will not be responsible for any consequences arising from that WCF member’s failure.
3.8 WCF cannot be held liable for any consequences in the event an artwork error goes undetected. Such as errors that listed as below:-

Align to pixel grid
Total ink coverage of cmyk over 250%
RGB color / pantone color / spot color
Image resolution less than 300dpi
Line less than 0.25pts
Font less than 4pts
Less than 10% different for toning effect
Software or version incompatibilities or bugs
3.9 No changes can be made to the artwork once the order in the process stages.
3.10 WCF members are required to resend artwork for every repeat order.
3.11 WCF is not responsible for WCF member’s copyright infringement of artwork content.
3.12 WCF will not print jobs that contain offensive literature or images.
4. General expectation on printing outcome
4.1 Color reproduction or accuracy is generally subject to the limitations of gang run printing method. Therefore, the accuracy of color reproduction is not guaranteed as stipulated in our color disclaimer (clause #5).
4.2 WCF cannot be held liable for color variations between jobs printed in different batches at different ordering periods, and object missing due to overprint setting.
4.3 Tolerance of the cutting edge is +- 1.0 mm.
4.4 Tolerance of the die cut is +- 2.0 mm.
4.6 Tolerance of the folding is +- 1.0 mm.
4.7 Printed surface dotted with dirt shall not be more than 1 dot per 5cm2 and the dot shall not be bigger than 0.5mm.
4.8 Tolerance of the printing registration is +- 0.25mm.
4.9 Tolerance of the spot uv registration is +- 0.25 mm.
4.10 Tolerance of the hot stamping registration is +- 1.0 mm for all product and +- 1.5 mm for money packet.
4.11 For products with thin paper material such as money packet, art paper or simili with hot stamping finishing, stamping pressure may leave a stamping mark on the back of the product. WCF member shall notice this risk and WCF is not responsible for the stamping mark on the back.
4.12 All offset printing product on art card & art paper have coating water based varnish and not suitable for some finishing or stamping and writing. Therefore WCF will not accept any claim or replacement or refund being complaint on the above matter.
4.13 Water based varnish on all art card & art paper will only apply base on the condition for the water based varnish machine. No complaint will be entertain if the water based varnish failed to apply to any art card & art paper due to the machine issue.
4.14 WCF reserve the right to stop supply water based varnish any time without notice.
4.15 All digital printing product of material art card & art paper is not able to apply water based varnish.
5. Color disclaimer
In order to provide a cheaper end cost to WCF member and a quicker turnaround of the printed matter, WCF prints cmyk printing work together and marginal variations are to be expected from one print run to another.
As such, while WCF takes great effort to match colors as accurately as possible, WCF cannot be held liable for these marginal color variations or inaccuracies in the printed matter which may be more evident in reprints. a 100% exact color match is not possible (10% color tolerance).
If the artworks is set in inappropriate colour mode, WCF will convert to CMYK mode without prior notice and we will not reprint or refund due to any colour differences.
6. Product reprint
If WCF members are not satisfied with any product, please lodge a complaint within 7 days of invoice/do stated date. Any defected goods must be returned to WCF within 7 days from the invoice/do stated date.
Please include your picture, member number, order number and reason for dissatisfaction. If WCF members have not received their order within the specified delivery time, please contact WCF customer service not later than 3 working days from the date of the specified delivery time. WCF customer service department will try to review WCF member complaint and work with WCF member to meet WCF member expectations.
PLEASE NOTE: WCF will only reprint the print job that fails to meet the conditions under the general expectation on printing outcome (clause #4). However, WCF is not responsible for typing, image, or design errors introduced by WCF member in the artwork/document creation process. In an effort to keep costs down and pass those savings along to WCF member, WCF does not review artwork/documents for content or spelling. In no way shall either WCF or its subsidiaries, officers, directors, shareholders or employees be liable for any special incidents, indirect or consequential damages, mistakes or rejects of any kind whether or not the party has been advised of the possibility of such damages or rejects arising out of or related to an WCF member’s action(s). The terms and conditions constitute all terms and agreements relating to WCF members participating in the WCF member program.
7. WCF’s intellectual property rights
The names, text, images, color bar and logos identifying WCF Printing Services (M) Sdn. Bhd. and their products and services are subject to copyright, design rights and trademarks of the WCF Printing Services (M) Sdn. Bhd. nothing contained in these terms shall be construed as conferring by implication, estoppel or otherwise any licence or right to use any trademark, patent, text, design right or copyright of WCF Printing Services (M) Sdn. Bhd. unless stated in written consent, a WCF member or party has no right to produce, copy, disseminate the names, text, images and logos identifying WCF Printing Services (M) Sdn. Bhd. and their products and services.
If WCF suspects a WCF member has violated this condition, the management reserves the right to terminate that WCF member’s account and their membership as well as demand the return of all materials and information pertaining to WCF. WCF also reserves the right to take legal action against any WCF member who misuses any trademark, patent, design right or copyright of WCF Printing Services (M) Sdn. Bhd.
8. Contributions to WCF
9.1 WCF collects information to process WCF member’s order, guide and enhance WCF member online experience and to supply WCF member with information in which WCF member have expressed an interest.
9.2 When WCF member log in, WCF collect member id, password, and ip address. This provides WCF with default details for WCF member order processing and sets up security – so viewing of WCF member account details, designs and order records is password protected.
9.3 To help WCF member choose the right product and design to suit WCF member purpose/business WCF ask WCF member to make selections and choices – only the design details are collected if WCF member chooses to save or order.
9.4 To assist WCF member with promotions and marketing, and tailor WCF service to WCF member needs WCF will ask WCF member for feedback about WCF member business and any information WCF member may require. Supply of this information other then those that state otherwise is optional and not mandatory. All this data will be stored so WCF can effectively meet WCF member needs.
9.5 Security – access to WCF member account data is password protected.
